Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture
- More than 3 years of experience in design
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Able to communicate in English
- Professional architectural licence (Kor Sor)
- Strong knowledge of building control regulations

- Design and lay out plans covering usable area, building proportion and aesthetics
- Prepare construction drawings for permit applications
- Take client requirements for cost estimation and building-regulation checks
